Our CoFounder @riarustagi will do a LIVE chat with Simran Khosla Founder of @buttlikeanapricot on our mental health channel @vritti.mentalhealthblog . We will talk about how she used resistance training to deal with depression and mental health issues. And not only she dealt with it but she is herself helping people live a healthy lifestyle by healthy eating and resistance training. We will talk about the importance of mental health and the different ways of self-awareness and brain training.
