Sometimes all it takes is a nice conversation with a loved one or stranger to stop the thoughts of self-harm.
With the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput after battling loneliness and depression, the whole of India is mourning and talking about mental health issues. But why are we talking about it only when something like this happens, why not before?
