The Company shall provide refund to the User within 15-21 business days only under the following conditions –
If the User is not satisfied with the PRODUCT delivered and want to return the PRODUCT.
If the User has made a cancellation request within 24 Hours of the Order towards the PRODUCT or the PRODUCT.
Replacement will be provided to the customer if PRODUCT delivered is damaged, different from that which is ordered or in case the package is opened before the delivery.
Payments done through online payment modes shall be refunded back to the account through which the payment is done or a store credit is given will be given.
In case of full refund of policy, the Company shall examine the PRODUCTs and shall perform quality check. After the examination and quality check the refund of money shall be processed within 15-21 business days.
